Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST may be processed the following business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States using reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date the order is shipped, not the date the order is placed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high volume periods.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.

• Free standard shipping is available on orders over $75 (within the contiguous United States).

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, when appropriate, send a replacement or issue a refund.

Delays

While we make every effort to ship orders promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. International shipping is not currently available.
